• My research interests in the economics of construction are the analysis of modern prices for construction materials and products and the publication of the obtained results in the form of a collection for the preparation of cost accounting documentation for design specialists.
• My interests in the field of construction management are the development of an integral management systems algorithm with international standards ISO 9001:2018; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 15001:2018 and ISO/I EC 27000
• In terms of property valuation, my research interest is the development of a method for determining the value of urban land plots, which is recorded at the time of their registration as a cadastral value, which will contribute to the management of land plots at the scale of cities.
