- Head of the Software Engineering Department, Full Professor, Dr. of Science (Technology) at Georgian Technical University (GTU); Active member of International Informatization Academy (Associated Member of the UN, 1994); Head of Management Information Systems direction at GTU; Academic director of German-Georgian mutual study and scientific center at GTU (2001-2006); Head of „Scientific research center for IT Consulting” at GTU (since 2010); Participated in a number of projects (funded by IBRD) aimed at development of support platforms to the state reforms in the areas of Healthcare, Social security and Justice System (2002-2010); Guest professor at University of Germany (Berlin- Humboldt, Erlangen-Nuremberg, Passau, Karlsruhe, Bamberg, Magdeburg; Expert of USAID, Business Analyst; NATO Project (2023-2025): SPS G6028 - “Black Sea Security and Pollution Risk Control Using Numerical Models”; Author of more than 400 scientific-pedagogical works (100 books, 80 el. manuals, more than 300 scientific articles/thesis/projects) in the field of Applied Software Engineering and Datamanagement.
