• The field of scientific activity is: development of technological processes for the manufacture of epitaxial structures and optoelectronic devices based on A3B5 compounds and their solid solutions; study of the optical properties of the obtained structures and devices; planar and isoplanar technologies for the manufacture of optoelectronic devices of integrally executed monolithic construction have been developed; methods of local diffusion and thermal oxidation have been developed. He was the head and responsible executor of several scientific research and experimental design topics. The technological methods and devices developed by him were implemented at the Scientific Research Institute “Mioni”.
