• Research interests include the study of international and national mechanisms for the protection of children’s rights, the analysis of the legal and political-institutional aspects of their implementation, as well as the exploration of constitutional law principles in the context of human rights protection. Particular attention is given to issues of the right to education, access to education, and equality, including the analysis of the processes of harmonization of international standards with national legislation and their implementation in practice.
