- While working at the Georgian Technical University, I acquired professional skills in mineralogical, microscopic, and gemological research. Additionally, I gained skills in participating in scientific and fieldwork, processing samples collected during fieldwork, analyzing and interpreting information obtained from laboratory research. I gained experience in searching for grant projects and participating in their implementation. I served as the principal investigator of a grant project for fundamental research, funded by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation, and in various years, I was the key personnel of different grant projects in this field. I gained knowledge about the internal mechanisms ensuring the quality of education implemented at our university. Furthermore, I familiarized myself with the fundamental principles of external quality assurance mechanisms.
